Responsibilities:
- Need to have min of 5 years as lead teacher experience
-Need to have at least 1 year of experience as assistant director preferred but not mandatory
- Required experience in designing class/curriculum based on child developmental needs
- Provide care and supervision to children in a daycare setting
- Assist with daily activities and routines, such as mealtime, naptime, and playtime
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote early childhood development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage a classroom of children and maintain discipline
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Understanding of childhood development stages and milestones
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
