Duties
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring that all departments function effectively and efficiently.

- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accurate handling of transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and enhance customer engagement within the store.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
Requirements
- Strong skills in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
