At FIESTA KIA we are setting records and are looking for the right servant leader to join this dynamic team.
You must be a hands on leader, getting up closing deals, and talk with every customer. Following up with un-sold customers, confirm appointments, and maintain a high level of CSI.
Prior industry knowledge with KIA or a comparable manufacture preffered.
Must have a strong finance background with lender contacts to help get deals approved or rehashed.
Must know how properly appraise used vehicles, all while not missing new car objective goals.
You must be a well rounded experienced individual.
I am looking to hire the right person even if it takes time.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Demonstrated Leadership Abilities: Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
· Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the automotive industry as a sales manager.
· Business Acumen: Excellent skills in business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making.
· Dealership Experience: Knowledge and experience working as a sales manager for at least 4–5 years of experience and with different automotive brands.
· Team Management: Supervision and support of a team of 5+ employees across various dealership departments.
· Operational Excellence: Continuously work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
· Employee Motivation & Reward: Ability to motivate, reward, and retain employees to create a positive and productive work environment.

Automotive Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Albuquerque, NM (Required)
Monday through Saturday. Must be able to work the last Sunday of the month.
We are normally closed every Sunday expect the final Sunday. One extra weekday off.
Average 5-day work week.
