Job Summary:
As a Dealership Service Advisor at Harrisonburg Honda, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing exceptional customer service to clients coming to our dealership for automotive maintenance and repair services. You will assist clients in scheduling service appointments, communicating with technicians to diagnose and address any issues, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission based on performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, with a base salary between $36,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The salary will be paid biweekly. In addition, this position is eligible for commission based on individual performance. The successful candidate will also be eligible for benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for automotive services with customers
- Communicate with technicians to understand the scope of work needed for each vehicle
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any repairs needed
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services and repairs
- Recommend additional services or products, as needed, to increase revenue
- Ensure timely completion of services and repairs, while maintaining quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain records of all services performed and transactions with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology, techniques, and procedures in the automotive industry to provide the best service to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
