Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service and timely deliveries. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate efficiently, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
- Ensure accurate delivery of goods by verifying orders before departure and upon arrival at destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle to ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
- Have your own vehicle - Mini Van, Cargo van or sprinter Van is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving vans is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
