1099 Independent Contractor Agreement: This position mandates a three-day work week, with three additional days of on-call. your work days are monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Sunday no service. The daily schedule is 4:30 PM to finish roughly around 7:30pm -8PM, the estimated time you will finish at the lab in Louisville.
We seeking dedicated independent contractors for a three-day work week, with on-call availability as needed on the days you're off. Compensation for scheduled workdays is $100 per day If you ever work Saturday $120, totaling $300 per week for an 11-13 hour commitment weekly partime work.
Lexington pickups- Louisville drop-off. Responsibilities include collecting small animal samples for dogs from veterinary clinics and delivering them to Louisville, KY.
Compensation Details:
first payment will be processed on a Tuesday of your third week, covering your first week of work (backdated) then weekly thereafter.
Weekly payments will then be issued every Friday; please ensure you have Cash App or Venmo for immediate payment. Your first week's pay will be distributed on the following Tuesday of your third week.

- Do you have a gas-efficient car? We quote prices for vehicles that get 30MPG or better. Please note this role isn't suitable for a vehicle that isn't gas-efficient. You don't have to get 30MPG or better exactly, but it must be gas-efficient. How many MPG does your vehicle get, and what's the year?
- Do you understand if driver quits without notice are gets terminated you will have to work the entire schedule until a replacement is hired and this could happen at a moment notice fortunately we havent had that happen but a few times but it can. Though your schedule is three days a week you could work 6. And Saturday the start time will be 10am and the pay is $20 dollars higher but the start location is Danville ky, but after that its pretty much the same route but only on Saturdays if you cannot cover at a moment's notice please dont apply this is part of the service.
