Job Overview
We're looking for a dependable and charismatic delivery driver to join our farm-to-chef operation. This is more than just a driving job — you'll be representing a respected local brand in some of Nashville's top kitchens.
You’ll drive our delivery van across the city, ensuring that premium microgreens and specialty produce get from our greenhouse to chefs on time and in perfect condition.
What You'll Do:
- Load and organize daily deliveries
- Drive our branded delivery van to restaurants, hotels, and institutions
- Navigate kitchen back doors and interact respectfully with chefs and staff
- Communicate clearly if issues arise
- Represent CC Gardens with professionalism and personality
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable in fast-paced back-of-house environments
- Respectful, charismatic, and punctual
- Detail-oriented — premium produce requires care
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Comfortable driving a cargo-style delivery van
- Previous delivery, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
3 to 5 days/week — deliveries run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
