DENTAL ASSISTANT WANTED: Join a Practice That Actually Cares About Quality
IMPORTANT: Interview will be conducted in English only with a native-level speaker. Clinical and conversational Language Fluency is non-negotiable.
Are you the Dental Assistant who says: “Let’s GO!” instead of “Ugh, another day…”?
We aren't a corporate mill practice or a DSO-Run office with a doctor that is ready to toss the towel and hates the job, we are a private, modern, patient-focused practice delivering implants, ortho, cosmetic, and surgical care all under one roof by the same skilled doctor that loves the craft.
We need a PERFECT-ENGLISH-SPEAKING DA who’s ready to own the op and be part of something better. The next step will be to introduce IV sedation, which will require study and travel out of state, all paid by the practice as part of our team development strategy and policy.
What You MUST Bring to the Table:
- ✅ Perfect spoken English. Not kinda good. Not “fluent-ish.” If you can’t confidently manage a patient or explain post-op instructions to a nervous mom or discuss fees clearly, please don’t apply.
- Radiology certification (Florida)
- At least 2 years of experience in a real dental office
- Hunger to learn advanced procedures like implants and full arch
- Cool under pressure, organized, proactive
- Tech comfort: Scanners, Eaglesoft, CEREC = awesome bonus
- Willingness and ability to travel for training
- If you have IV sedation experience, slam dunk
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
- Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management and documentation.
- Perform radiographic imaging and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with IV insertion as needed.
Perks:
- Strong pay, performance bonuses, and real room for advancement
- PTO, paid holidays, training support
- A boss who’s been through hell and back—and actually supports the team
- A drama-free team of people who give a darn (I'd write the word, but Indeed might filter it).
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with CEREC, surgical setups, ortho or IV Sedation
- Are bilingual (but again: English fluency is non-negotiable)
- Can laugh, hustle, and still give VIP-level patient care
Job Type: Full-time
