**Dental Assistant Supervisor**

**What You'll Do:**
~Oversee daily operations of dental assistants, ensuring smooth workflows.
~Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to deliver top-notch patient care.
~Assist chairside with dental procedures as needed.
~Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment maintenance.
~Enforce compliance with OSHA HIPPA and infection control standards.
~Coordinate schedules and supportstaff development.
**What you Bring:**
~Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with at least 4 years of experience
~Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a dental setting
~Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
~Proficiency with dental software and clinical procedures.
~A team-oriented mindset with commitment to patient care.

Education/Certification:
- Dental Assistant certification from accredited school (preferred not required).
- Certification for other duties as required by state practice act.
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental assisting team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Assist in chairside procedures, utilizing dental terminology and 3D scanning technology.
- Manage patient records and documentation using EMR systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Train and mentor dental assistants in techniques such as four-handed dentistry and X-Ray procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to enhance the overall dental experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
