Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes including filing insurance claims and billing.
- Assist with human resources functions, including employee onboarding and record maintenance.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks software to manage patient records and streamline office workflows.
- Coordinate with managed care organizations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support the clinic operations by maintaining accurate records and scheduling appointments.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in office systems.
