Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient scheduling to ensure a productive and efficient day
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Ensure outstanding patient relations and handle any concerns with care
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain smooth daily operations
- Track office performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Promote a positive and accountable office culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office management with a strong background in treatment planning
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing practices
- Proficient in dental software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
