We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations in the dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction
Appointment Scheduling & Management
Insurance Verification & Billing Support:
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients.
- Process patient payments and assist with billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental insurance companies for claim submission and follow-ups.
Administrative Support
Collaboration with Dental Team
Data Entry, Record Keeping, and HIPAA compliance:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency with dental office management software (e.g. Eaglesoft) is preferred.
Knowledge of Dental Terminology

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
