Beyond clinical excellence, he provides management and marketing consulting to dentists nationwide and recently invented an innovative software platform to streamline patient engagement and practice growth.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a self-starter and go-getter to join Dr. Pasha’s new startup venture. As a Dental Technology & Insights Associate, you will introduce our software to dental practices, collect essential user feedback, organize and analyze that data, and report actionable insights back to Dr. Pasha. This entry-level role is 100% remote, open to candidates across the USA, and is ideal for a recent college graduate eager to learn, work hard, and grow alongside a visionary leader.

Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Mindset & Traits:
- Highly self-motivated and proactive — you see what needs to be done and dive right in.
- Strong attention to detail and a hunter’s drive to solve problems.
- Critical thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; articulate and persuasive.
- Basic data organization skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Comfort with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and willingness to learn new software.
- Prior internship or project experience in research, consulting, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Logistics:
- Fully remote; reliable internet connection required.
