Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic DENTAL team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the highest level of care by coordinating treatment plans and managing patient interactions. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments.
- Verify and accurately input insurance benefits .
- Submit dental claims with all required document and process insurance payment .
- Explain insurance break downs to patient.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental treatment plan coordinator or billing in a similar ( Minimum 1year experience)
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and open dental is plus.
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish )capabilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge on PPO and HMO INSURANCE . (MEDICARE )
