Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Dentist to join our team at Roosevelt Family Dental. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dental practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. There is one Dentist in-office per shift, two assistants and two Hygienists
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated with proven dental practices and systems.
- Uphold the core values of efficiency, excellence, friendliness, and ownership in every patient interaction.
Qualifications:
- Valid Dental License in Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
