We are a well-established, multi-location private dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Associate who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with growth potential.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and prosthetics
- Diagnose and present treatment plans with strong patient communication and case acceptance skills
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experiences
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EagleSoft (or your system)
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Uphold clinical and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state board regulations
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of [Insert State]
- Current DEA and malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply if confident clinically)
- Proficiency in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, and treatment planning
- Strong communication, chairside manner, and commitment to patient care
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
