Job Overview
This is a fast growing dermatology practice specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients of all ages, focusing on skin health and disease prevention. You will work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
- Perform cosmetic procedures as needed.
- Provide education to patients regarding skin care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in managing complex cases, including infectious disease care and emergency medicine situations.
- Stay current with advancements in dermatology practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Licensed and board certified in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior experience in Dermatology is preferred
- Proficiency in coding for dermatological procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
