Position Summary:
We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Detail Team Leader to join our growing team. This fast-paced role involves leading teams of 3-5 detailers both in-house and on off-site projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, ready to work alongside their team, and motivated by the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 detailers on both in-house and off-site projects.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met on every job, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Actively participate in detailing tasks, working alongside your team.
- Coordinate schedules, manage workloads, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to additional revenue through commissions and bonuses.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive detailing.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
