- Leads day-to-day social media execution by creating platform-specific content, interacting with followers, and fostering an active, engaged community within the craft beverage industry.
- Designs and implement creative social campaigns that reflect brand voice and visual identity, using targeted paid strategies to reach new audiences and drive meaningful growth.
- Lead podcast production efforts, including brainstorming topic ideas, coordinating guest appearances, editing episodes for clarity and engagement, and promoting the podcast across social media platforms to maximize reach and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling, educational, and promotional blog articles that provide value to our audience, showcase industry knowledge, and highlight our products and services.
- Supports the digital commerce team with content needs for the webstore, including product visuals, banners, and multimedia assets that enhance customer experience and drive conversions
- Monitors and reports on digital performance metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and adjusting strategy to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Basic graphic design knowledge and proficiency in using design platforms such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating digital assets.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and using email marketing platforms to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Experience with basic web content management systems (CMS) to update and maintain website content.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce on-brand materials while adhering to project timelines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing or other similar areas.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- 5+ years of marketing experience related to digital or creative management.
- Experience developing successful creative marketing materials and managing digital platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Annual salary range: $65,381.77 – $98,072.67, depending on experience.
Ideal candidates will fall within the midrange of the salary band.
