As a Remote Data Entry Clerk for Full Circle Home Care, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data collection and management. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining client information, as well as processing payments and invoices accurately and timely. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate client information into our system, including personal information, care plans, and billing details
- Process payments and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to obtain missing information and address any data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement data entry process improvements
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
