JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate, nurture, and manage leads interested in our hair regrowth and restoration products and services. Your primary objective will be to attract potential clients through targeted digital campaigns, optimize the lead funnel, and ensure a seamless transition from initial inquiry to qualified lead. You will leverage digital channels, data analytics, and marketing automation tools to maximize lead quality and support overall business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective clients interested in hair regrowth and restoration solutions. Manage the lead funnel by nurturing and qualifying leads through timely and personalized follow-ups both before and after consultations, ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience.

Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track lead progress, segment audiences, and maintain consistent communication that guides prospects through the decision-making process.

Create and optimize digital content—including landing pages, ads, and email sequences—to educate potential clients about hair loss solutions and our offerings. Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.

Monitor key metrics related to lead generation and follow-up activities. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve lead conversion and client engagement.

Coordinate closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure qualified leads receive appropriate attention and that client interactions are seamless throughout the journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and funnel management. Experience in the hair care, health, or wellness industry is a plus.

Proven ability to optimize websites and content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.

Experience creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content and effectively engage with prospective clients through digital channels.

Strong organizational skills to manage the lead funnel, including timely follow-ups with leads before and after consultations using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Ability to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

Demonstrated track record of achieving lead generation and conversion targets. Self-motivated and goal-driven.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless client journey.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
