Responsibilities:
- Implement lead nurturing systems that move prospects through the decision journey
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics tied to census building
- Work closely with sales/admissions team to align marketing efforts with sales needs
- Implement marketing strategies directly tied to occupancy goals
- Create educational content positioning Milestone as a trusted senior living resource
- Manage our online reputation and review management strategy
- Develop compelling content for family communications (newsletters, updates)
- Create messaging that helps families through the senior living decision process
- Build testimonial and success story content featuring resident experiences
- Plan and attend events to build relationships and showcase our company and communities
- Create engaging social media content that showcases community life
- Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to prospects and family members
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Education and Special Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. A minimum of two to five years’ sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Frequent car travel requires the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
