Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integrate all digital and mobile marketing initiatives into overall marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate implementation of digital marketing programs (including SEO, digital display ads, and paid search).

Support media planning across new and emerging digital channels, contributing to broader marketing initiatives with platform-specific execution and hands-on campaign management.
- Define and implement digital advertising strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives such as new member acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and similar tools to analyze website and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that improve effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Leverage and implement emerging website and marketing technologies – including tag management, conversion tracking, CRM integrations, digital onboarding, and in-app advertising – to improve digital experiences and support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Create, analyze, and present campaign and website performance reports and KPIs to stakeholders, recommending adjustments based on performance data.
- Conduct keyword research, manage SEO efforts, and optimize web presence through on-page strategies while maintaining knowledge of marketing data tools to convert raw data into useful insights.
- Collaborate with internal designers, writers, and stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to develop digital assets; contribute to integrated marketing plans, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies.
- Independently manage marketing strategies and initiatives to meet corporate goals, demonstrating ownership from planning through execution.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be located within 50 miles of Yolo County, CA or must be willing to relocate
QUALIFICATIONS:
Is an articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Has a strong appreciation for metrics-driven marketing programs. Understands the basics of project management.
Is highly professional, adaptable, and shows exceptional judgment under any circumstance Is self-motivated, intellectually curious, collaborative, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and a minimum of two years of relevant marketing experience required. Experience working with financial products in a credit union or other financial institution is desirable. Social media metric software, DSP, and Google Analytics experience (Tag Manager) or Google Academy Certification preferred. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred. Proficiency in handling paid social campaigns is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must have highly developed analytical and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate a strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret marketing, business, and industry principles. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Strong ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILTY:
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of marketing principles in mathematical, statistical, or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Troubleshooting knowledge and ability to problem solve.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Basic knowledge of analytical software (MCIF) is desirable.
