Ocassional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN, or to client engagements.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends to $115,000.

What you will do, in greater detail:
- Craft and manage the digital product roadmap and backlog, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Director in driving strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products.
- Serve as primary liaison between the agency team and third-party development partners or technology vendors.
- Work closely with strategy/planning, technology, media, creative teams, and clients to ensure strategic understanding and best use of data.
- Identify, develop, and support the standardization and continuous improvement of the digital product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analyses, identify key insights, and formulate data-driven decisions and optimizations to influence marketing initiatives and digital product outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, to ensure that the digital product is efficiently developed, deadlines are met, and the launch is successful (on time and within budget).
- Uncover user behavior insights and discover optimization opportunities to craft recommendations that achieve client objectives and grow Pathfinders' business.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Oversee all tracking, reporting, and omnichannel dashboard development and ensure quality control across channels.
- Design and deploy analytics solutions including web analytics, A|B testing and multivariate testing/experiments, and custom visualizations and analysis solutions.
- Collaborate on the development of estimate and overall implementation plan that assembles the right team for the project.
What we'd like to see in a strong candidate:
- BSc./B.A. required in Business, Advertising/Marketing, or Data Science
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced client services environment
- Skilled in the development and articulation of clear product vision and strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design principles, web technologies, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, AEM)
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and integrations (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEM Rush, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, among others.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of digital products, how they function and best practices associated with each.
- Ability to create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
