Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dining Room Lead to oversee our bar and dining room operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to help manage a dynamic team.
Duties:
- Work the floor as a Bar tender 2 1/4 days a week and server for 2 1/4 days a week the other half day will be designated to office work
- Maintain dining room and bar standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory control and ordering of beverages and supplies
- Hiring and firing
- Make sure staff are making drinks correctly from menu
- Make sure staff are trained correctly how to serve food and alcohol products
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Help Train, schedule, and supervise dining room and bar staff
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly
- Oversee the maintenance of dining room and bar equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in bartending, dining room or hospitality management
- Knowledge of Toast POS system preferred
- Strong understanding of food and drink production
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and train new staff members
