As a Resident Assistant at Pheasants Ridge, you will be responsible for providing personal care & delegated nursing services to the residents of our community. This position assists residents with tasks of daily living as indicated in the Plan of Care, the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR), & other services as delegated by the RN Supervisor.
Previous experience in direct care & geriatric health is preferred, but not required. We look forward to training the right candidate(s)!
THE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Medication Administration
· Providing personal & direct care to residents
· Documentation & Reporting resident concerns/issues to supervisor & nursing team
· Complete essential paperwork as required
· Knowledge & compliance with state regulations
· Other duties as delegated by supervisor & nursing staff
