Riverbrook is looking for a Part Time Direct Care Staff to work Saturdays and Sundays 7a-3p. (We also have a Saturday 3p-9p shift open for anyone who may want to work all day Saturdays 7a-9p). If you wanted additional hours, you could pick up some relief shifts which are always available. Job Summary:

- Direct Care experience preferred but can train the right person
- Good organizational and planning skills

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and occasional outings.
- Monitor and document residents' health and behavior, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
