JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for developing a base of mid through high level players and ensuring that they receive personal attention and quality service, in accordance with the Company’s established marketing strategy.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develops new premium customer base and maintains a solid base of repeat premium customers.
- Develops, implements and attends special events and activities targeted for premium players.
- Monitors customer service initiatives, assesses financial impact and communicates findings to management.
- Ensures that clientele has a high level of customer satisfaction and resolves complaints appropriately.
- Must be able to achieve established individual performance and overall department financial goals.
- Recommends new programs to increase player worth while staying within established comping guidelines.
- Must be able to comply with department performance goals, policies and all respective regulatory procedures.
- Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with comping guidelines established for this position.
- Makes recommendations for special events and programs that stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs and enhance customer service levels.
- Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients. Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all internal and external guests.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred. Minimum 5 years progressive experience in customer development with demonstrated customer following. Must be able to demonstrate relationship building efforts with patrons including financial profitability. Must possess superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated relationship building skills with patrons.
- Must possess good judgment and analytical skills to assess guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must possess knowledge computer programs that applicable to position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Starting Rate $100,000 -$125,000
