- Vendor Relationship Management:Foster and maintain strong relationships with finance vendors, ensuring alignment on program goals and objectives.
- Strategic Marketing Development:Create and execute dynamic marketing strategies in collaboration with finance vendors to boost cardholder acquisition, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce) to implement new projects related to consumer financing offerings and payment types.
- Business Owner: Serve as the Consumer Finance business owner for all related IT Projects for online and in store.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Oversee development and maintenance of Consumer Finance related Power BI Dashboards. Review the performance of the consumer finance programs on a daily basis for both online and in store. Identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Finance Training: Oversee finance training with external vendors and the internal training team, ensuring all content is up to date.
- Onboarding New Payment Types:Identify additional payment solutions for both online and in store to enahance the wallet portfolio. Lead onboarding of new payment types and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in consumer finance, marketing strategy, or related roles, Required
