Director of Business Development

Salary starting at $120,000 plus bonus opportunity
The Arlington of Naples is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive occupancy growth by building strategic relationships and strengthening our presence in the local community. This leadership role works closely with sales, operations, and marketing to execute outreach initiatives and connect with key influencers, referral partners, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a quarterly business development strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, professionals, and media
- Represent the community at events and meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to support marketing efforts
- Manage outreach activities in Salesforce
- Promote The Arlington’s person-centered care philosophy and LCS Hospitality Promises™
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, public relations, or related field
- 5+ years of business development experience (senior living or related industry preferred)
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
