What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with public and private sector clients—you’ll be a key player in our growth.
- Expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
Client & Operational Excellence
- Serve as the trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability—no dropped balls.
- Lead, mentor, and empower project teams to deliver outstanding results under pressure.
Financial & Team Leadership
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and accountability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions for clients.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly preferred).
- 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership (Director or similar).
- Proven track record of winning work, retaining clients, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, and leading teams through complex projects.
- Financial savvy. You know how to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- A “figure it out” mindset. You’re resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience managing teams and mentoring staff
- Exceptional communication skills. You build trust with clients, inspire teams, and drive results.

Compensation Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000+ per year. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs.
