As a Child Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a child care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children under your care.
Duties
- Develop and implement programs that align with the educational needs of children
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the child care center
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and staff performance
Skills
- Strong background in education or education administration
- Experience working with children in a child care setting
- Knowledge of higher education teaching principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
- University degree in a related field is preferred
Applicants must be a certified Ealy Childhood Level 3 Mater Provider with 2 years experience as a Director or Assistant Director.
Job Type: Full-time
