Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Field Operations to oversee and optimize our operations across the Western United States. This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and scalability in our growing organization, ensuring our operational practices align with our business objectives and customer satisfaction goals. Key results in year one will include a comprehensive review of current operations, identifying and documenting SOPs to increase efficiency and productivity, overhaul of current compensation structure, and establish a culture of safety and high performance across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across multiple locations, including Utah, Nevada, California, Idaho, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability where top performers are rewarded for driving growth.
- Manage supply chain logistics and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align operational capabilities with business goals.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting safety and sustainability in all operational practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, including management of remote teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Data driven mindset and attitude capable of setting realistic targets for the team and ensuring monthly quotas are met
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and train top tier talent to multiply and scale the output of the team.
- Superb customer experience skills capable of de-escalating a situation and able to foster a culture of “customer first” among the team.
- High standards for quality assurance and job performance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel across the Western United States as required.
