Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of food service management within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food production, and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage operations efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu development, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices in food safety and sanitation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food production and service.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients are sourced for our culinary offerings.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to food service operations to support strategic planning.
Experience
- Proven experience in food management or hospitality management roles within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with experience as a cook or in kitchen management preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of banquet operations and event planning is a plus.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
