Position: Director of Nursing
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan
Compensation: Base salary + Bonus | Full Benefits | Relocation Possible
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over 2 years)
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a 106-bed skilled nursing facility. Must have prior DON/ADON experience in a long-term care setting.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Michigan
- 3+ years as DON or ADON in a skilled nursing facility
- CPR certified
- BSN preferred
- Strong leadership, compliance, and team management skills
Key Duties:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage department budgets and clinical outcomes
- Act as Administrator in their absence
Skills and Certifications :
RN Licensed in Michigan
Long Term Care Experience as DON
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,267.80 - $119,483.80 per year
