Elevated Care Home Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care and proven experience in supervising RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the home health agency.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, therapists, and home health aides.
- Ensure compliance with IDPH state requirements, policies, and audits.
- Foster a compassionate and professional environment for both clients and staff.
- Drive the growth and excellence of the agency by providing exceptional care.
