Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Project Management to lead and scale our Project Management area which includes our client implementation function and our operational project management function. This role is critical to both ensuring the successful integration of new clients onto our platform setting them up for long-term success, and for the internal delivery of enhancements to our product and platform.
The Director of Project Management will own the end-to-end project management lifecycle?from kickoff to go-live?developing and refining processes, managing a team of project managers, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Development, Compliance, and Client Success to ensure seamless and timely deployments.
Compensation
$140,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Project Management team.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs and best practices for efficient, high-quality project delivery.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for new B2B and B2B2C clients?discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training, and launch.
- Own the full project lifecycle for internal operations projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed internal and client expectations.
- Act as an escalation point for high-priority or complex implementations.
- Design and optimize scalable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and workflows that improve efficiency, predictability, and client satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve integration capabilities and reduce friction.
- Build documentation and tooling to support repeatable, consistent project management experiences.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Client Success teams to align implementation projects with product capabilities, legal requirements, and client goals.
- Provide feedback to Product on client needs and friction points to inform roadmap priorities.
- Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders during client implementations process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Client Success team post-implementation.
- Advocate for client needs during implementation projects while balancing internal operational efficiencies.
Skills / Experience
- Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management functions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience in a client implementation function onboarding clients within the gaming, fintech, and/or payments industries preferred.
- PMP certification a plus
- Proven success implementing complex, technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple high-touch client implementations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools including Jira, Confluence, Monday, MS Office Suite and/or something similar.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital wallets, payment systems, APIs, and/or mobile applications.
- Experience in building and managing remote or globally distributed teams is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with a hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
