Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Director of Social Services
Duties include:
- Providing direct service to all residents as needed in accordance with the "Rules and regulations of Long-term care facilities."
- Participate and plan for in-service training for all members of the nursing staff with respect to the role of Social Service and understanding of the needs of the residents.
- Provide proper documentation and consult with the Director of Nursing and Administrator with respect to the emotional needs and social service of all residents.
- Oversees the department and additional Social Workers.
