Director, Product Management (Enterprise Website) - Capital One Software (Remote)Capital One Software is on a mission to redefine how enterprises engage with our data and cloud solutions. As the Director of Product for our enterprise website, you’ll lead a cross-functional team to design, launch, and scale a high-impact digital experience that serves as the primary touchpoint for prospective and current customers.

What You’ll Do
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Capital One Software website, aligning it to growth and brand goals
Lead a multidisciplinary team (engineering, design, brand, content, marketing ops) to execute end-to-end
Shape the user experience across enterprise buyer journeys, with a focus on conversion, storytelling, and technical credibility
Integrate with modern CMS and marketing tools to enable speed, scalability, and personalization
Define and monitor key performance metrics—traffic, engagement, conversion, and lead quality
Partner with senior stakeholders across product, brand, sales, and marketing to drive alignment and results

Basic Qualifications
At least 7 years of Product Management experience
Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale
Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g. Adobe, Contentful, HubSpot, Marketo)
Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, and content governance best practices
Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
