Director, Sales Delivery
Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our Telesales Leadership Team who will be responsible for leading Bloom Telesales operations, as well as advancing our strategic roadmap. In this role, the right individual will empower their team of leaders, drive towards sales excellence, support our client engagement and facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers, carrying responsibility for performance and growth of numerous clients.
- Design and develop a strategic vision to drive sales growth and compliance strength across Medicare sales activities.
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement, building high-performing teams
- Coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer and executive leadership on Board-level performance indicators and strategic vision for the Telesales organization.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Technology, Quality, Training and other enabling functions to jointly design investment roadmaps and ensure appropriate support.
- Lead the Telesales team to implement new campaigns and manage existing campaigns to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
- Document and deploy best practice processes and procedures to ensure consistent successful management of client campaigns.
- Instill data-drive mindsets across the team to identify trends, pursue performance improvement opportunities and create new value for our clients and partners.
- Drive compliance excellence, ensuring all team members strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal performance expectations
- Support Sales and Client Partnerships teams in supporting and advancing our customer’s goals
- Actively identify new revenue and value creation opportunities for existing campaigns in coordination with sales.
- Rapidly incorporate Bloom’s technology enablement roadmap into Sales Delivery functions, unlocking new efficiencies and performance improvements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years’ experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years’ experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated compliance regulations, notably within Medicare and Marketplace

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while functioning effectively during change and growth
- Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
- Excellent Microsoft Office product knowledge including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and Power BI
