Position Summary:

Responsible for brand building and storytelling across the Company social media channels. Oversee the holistic social media strategy, the development of a team, and is the forefront of culture and technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, propose, and implement short and long-term social media, content strategies across a variety of social, photo, video, and text-based media channels to meet business needs and objectives
  • Elevate online presence, increasing engagement, and building, accelerating the excitement within
    the digital community
  • Oversee development of compelling and engaging social content across video, photo, text, and emerging technologies. Organize and execute all social media campaigns efficiently while utilizing best practices to align with the social media strategy. Ensure all content and creative is on brand and consistent with style and tone of voice
  • Leverage internal market data to develop social themes and topics and optimize to meet campaign goals. Set clear channel strategies across all social channels and develop goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Develop and oversee a team that manages all facets of social media, from measurement, report and optimization, to content creative development, community, calendar management, and strategy Establish processes and governance for all social channels for company requests, content creation, edits publishing, sunset content and works closely with internal cross functional teams to ensure stakeholders are bought in on social media initiatives

Job Specifications:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
  • - Marketing, Communications or related field
    of study
  • More than 7 years of experience in Social Digital Marketing, Marketing
  • More than 7 years of experience in creating social media content, advertising campaigns, and
    analyzing social media metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Base Pay Range: USD $123,000 - $175,000 (+)
