Position Summary:
The Director of Talent Development Operations ensures efficient delivery of talent programs, leveraging learning technologies, streamlining processes, and using data-driven insights to enhance employee learning and drive business outcomes, supporting the mission to expand access to affordable, innovative healthcare.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads Talent Development operations ensuring program effectiveness through operational excellence, procurement, learning infrastructure and technologies, program metrics and program data analytics.
  • Oversees and ensures the optimal operation of learning and development, talent management and employee experience platforms and processes to reimagine our approach to talent development and program adoption with a focus on recommending innovative learning modalities that enable knowledge transfer and efficient operations.
  • Develops and administers program evaluations; conducts focus groups; collects, analyzes, and reports on program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve the overall impact of talent development programs and learning experience.
  • Identifies, procures and manages relationships with vendors to ensure best value for services.
  • Assists with procurement and budget management for all Talent Development programs and initiatives, ensuring quality, impact and cost-effectiveness.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and introduce innovative learning technologies for effective talent development programs.
  • Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems, instructional design teams, and learning technologists, with expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and project management software.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years in training, learning and development, talent development or management of Human Resource programs and initiatives, with 5 years leading teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
