Job Description (as follows but is not limited to):
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and various kitchen equipment and tools
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and entire dish pit area, its counters and machines
- Maintain cleanliness of walk-in coolers
- Assist kitchen staff in putting away deliveries and some food prep (such as making rice, handling meat and sauces, etc.)
- Assist any staff member with clean-up if needed
- Throw away trash
- Sweep and mop
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a phone
- Must have Hepatitis A vaccine or be willing to get the vaccine within 30 days upon hire
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must wear slip-resistant shoes
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights, holidays
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to work efficently
- Must be clean and hygenic and follow sanitation safety guidelines
No experience needed. Willing to train.
