Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services and catering events as needed.
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Provide support during busy service periods by assisting with food service tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean workspace.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
