We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food served.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling, and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
