Position Status: Full-time, Seasonal (April-October) AM/PM

Compensation: $18.81-21 /hour (depending on experience)

Position Reports to: Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Lead Steward

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
•  Follow RMC policies, procedures, and service standards
•  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
•  Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard
•  Sweep, mop, and polish all necessary areas and equipment
•  Clean and mop kitchen and equipment
•  Stock stipulated Food & Beverage areas with as required
•  Make sure all equipment is correctly stored
•  Keep linen and other laundry clear and put away in proper areas
•  Stock and tidy up storage areas

Requirements and Skills

•  Previous experience is a plus
•  Primary school education
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills
•  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
•  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
•  Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
•  Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
•  Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
•  Highly responsible & reliable
•  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.81 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
