Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms and practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks such as bussing tables, banquet setup, and food preparation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with catering and food safety guidelines
