Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet operations by ensuring that all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes to the serving area.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Participate in deep cleaning tasks during off-peak hours or as directed by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, with a focus on kitchen roles such as dishwashing or food service.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks such as bussing tables or catering support when needed.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
