Responsibilities of the Role:
- Proper dishwashing procedure, as directed
- Daily opening & closing of Steward Area
- Clean Hallways
- Clean Stairs
- Clean Toilets
- Clean Outdoors
- Kitchen Cleaning assistance, as directed
- Follow quality control guidelines, as directed
- Chemical Handling
- Kitchen Cleaning assistance, as directed
- Open availability for PM shifts
- Duties as Prep Cook
- Building Maintenance (leaf blowing, window cleaning,...)
