Job Title: Dispatch Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18 – $21/hour

Overview:
We’re hiring a Dispatch Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this key role, you’ll be the communication hub between the school district transportation department, drivers, and parents, helping ensure safe and on-time student transportation every day.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and resolve transportation-related issues from schools, drivers, and parents
- Communicate route changes, delays, or incidents in real time
- Support dispatch operations and help coordinate daily schedules
- Maintain accurate records and logs
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service or dispatch (transportation experience a plus)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using dispatch or routing software
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
